No. Orders placed on your own site carry no marketplace commission. If you use on-demand couriers (DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct) for delivery, that’s a flat per-delivery fee — about $6.99 — which you can pass to the customer, split, or absorb. Pickup and your own drivers cost nothing per order.
Yes. You set delivery zones and assign your own staff to them — no per-order fee. Use on-demand couriers only for the zones or overflow you choose. Many restaurants run their own drivers close in and couriers for the edges.
It works whether or not you have a POS. If you’re on Square, we can lean on that; if you’re on something else or nothing, the ordering platform stands on its own and we make it fit. You won’t be forced to switch systems.
