Control & Trust

AI you stay in charge of.

Every Inyeon agent runs behind a governance layer you control — hard spend caps, human-approval gates, and a full audit log. Powerful automation that never goes off the rails.

How it stays safe

The agent drafts. A human approves. Then it acts.

Sensitive actions never happen on their own. Scroll to watch a real flow pause at the approval gate — and a spend cap that fills, then stops.

Approval flow · refund request
  1. 1
Customer asks for a $90 refund

Agent reads the order and drafts a response.

  2. 2
    Agent proposes: issue $90 refund

This crosses your $50 refund threshold — so it cannot act yet.

  3. Waiting for your approval

Maria (owner) decides before anything happens.

  4. Approved — refund issued

Logged with who approved it, when, and why.

Monthly spend cap
$360of $500 cap

At the cap, the agent stops spending — no surprise bills, ever.

The controls

Three things keep you in charge.

Spend caps

Set a hard monthly limit and the AI can never run up a surprise bill. Usage runs on transparent, metered credits.

  • Hard monthly ceiling
  • Per-action credit metering
  • Alerts before you hit the cap
Approval gates

You decide which actions need a human first — refunds, bookings over $X, or sensitive replies. Until you approve, nothing happens.

  • Rules you set yourself
  • Approve from your phone
  • Auto-deny on timeout
Full audit log

Every message the agent sends and every action it takes is recorded — searchable, exportable, and reviewable any time.

  • Who approved what, when
  • Export for your records
Roles & permissions

Give your team exactly the access they need.

Role-based access (RBAC) means an owner approves refunds and sees billing, a manager handles day-to-day, and staff just reply to customers. Everyone sees only what their role allows.

Data & trust

Your customers’ data, handled with care.

US-hosted data handling

Your customer data and conversations are stored and processed in the US — not scattered across unknown regions.

Call & PII redaction

Sensitive details in calls and chats — card numbers, addresses, IDs — can be automatically redacted before they are stored.

You own your records

Transcripts, logs, and customer data are yours. Export them whenever you want, in formats you can actually use.

Questions

Peace of mind, explained.

What happens when we hit the spend cap?

The agent simply stops spending until the next cycle or until you raise the cap. It will never quietly run past the limit you set, so there are no surprise bills at the end of the month.

Which actions require my approval?

You decide. Common gates are refunds over a dollar amount, bookings above a threshold, and anything flagged as sensitive. You can change the rules any time, and approvals come straight to your phone.

Can I see everything the AI did?

Yes. The audit log records every message the agent sent and every action it took — including who approved each gated action and when — and you can search or export the whole thing.

Where is our data stored?

In the US. Sensitive information in calls and chats can be redacted before storage, and your transcripts and records remain yours to export at any time.

Do I have to manage any of this myself?

No. Inyeon sets up the caps, gates, roles, and redaction with you, then runs it all for you. You stay in control of the decisions without having to babysit the system.
