Chicken Lovers is a grilled chicken spot in Queens with a phone that stays busy all day. During a rush, an unanswered call can mean a customer orders somewhere else.
We sat down with Robert and the Chicken Lovers team to start building a system around that everyday challenge. A website, an AI phone agent, and a performance dashboard, all connected.
