These Terms of Service govern your use of the Inyeon.dev website and the services we provide. This is placeholder copy — replace it with terms reviewed by your legal counsel before launch.
1. Services
We provide software design, development, and maintenance services as described in individual project proposals and statements of work, which take precedence over these general terms.
2. Quotes & payment
Project quotes are valid for 30 days. Unless stated otherwise, projects require a deposit to begin, with remaining balances invoiced per the agreed schedule.
3. Intellectual property
On final payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain rights to general know-how, tools, and reusable components.
4. Revisions & scope
Each proposal defines its scope and included revisions. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
5. Warranties & liability
We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
6. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point.
